I am redoing the team trainer board at my store and can’t think of any way to decorate it to make it fun. Any ideas?

Find someone that has been there more than a year and hasn't quit yet to post up there. Then make it a 'survivor' board out of the remaining trainers

Put googly eyes on the pictures of everyone

Give it a "back to school" theme, put graduation caps (cut out of colored paper) on everyone's picture, etc.
