I was pulling some batches and I did not get a double beep. The item was not in that location. I was told to go back to the main screen, type locu, scan the location label/I think the next prompt is do you want to delete everything in that location/select yes/then I would have to locate everything there again...is that correct?

After you're in LOCU, you scan the location label and then everything in that location, keying in the quantity after each item you scan. Tell your TL that this process is wrong and to grow a pair and go coach the people who are backstocking incorrectly.
