From the Workday description it looks like a CMMS tech, a clerical that works for E+F. They do stuff like order building supplies and probably parts for PIT that the mechanics need, as well as a bunch of other stuff I don't know.

Utility Attendants are the TMs that do battery changes/trash runs/sweeper scrubber.

CMMS Tech is an E&F admin role dealing with inventorying, ordering, setting up WO, etc. They work on the computer most of the time but do a lot of inventorying and cross checking.

Thanks for the insight. When Target list job descriptions they can be incredibly lengthy making it hard to have a clear idea of the duties they actually entail.
