Archived MIR return scan ----- what all get's MIR or return to manufacture

K- still frustrated w/ my mounds & mounds of D-code video games. I have down the returns scans for CD's & Video games (our store does maybe 2-3 times a year) but what other things get sent back. OR why don't we send outdated D-code no loc video games back. Come on I'm talking sports from 2010, student PC software 2010. Nobody from ELT down seems to know what we can do, my support got tired after I asked them to research 80 games (only 2 pgs of my 6 pg report ) & created a small endcap (64) POG for those 80 so they weren't NOP. Can't mysupport or SOMEBODY find a way to review this stuff for a return scan??? Maybe I just don't know enough about it, if someone can explain.

I am electronics but took yr to notice they are piling up & can't get answer why they were sitting in backroom cuz if NOP they will never get pulled. So I ask & asked & got the situation to be addressed. I guess I shoulda left alone cuz if TL & up wanted to ignore I should've..........what a cluster f*@^k
