I'm going in for my orientation tonight. Happened upon this forum when I was searching for what to expect in my first few days at Target. It's really cool that there's a supportive environment and sense of community like this!

When I was hired, they told me it was as a Target Express TM and that it was an all-encompassing floating position, or something like that.
