Hello Everyone!
I've been reading through a lot of posts, and I decided to join the Break Room! I've seen some great advice and topics so far, and I look forward to reading more and learning as much as possible!
I'm new to Target and am looking to make a career out of it 🙂, so any advice for a new GSTL is very welcome! I've always appreciated managers that respect me as a part-timer and truly listen to what I have to say, and also those that know their stuff and do their job correctly. I want to make sure that my team knows I am really there for them too. And I'm crazy excited to be part of a team again! I left retail for a little over a year (after working retail for 6 years straight) and I truly missed it!
