Archived New Hire Schedule-How to Contact Someone

I've recently been hired. I had Orientation and I was told someone would call me me the next day about my schedule. I anxiously waited, but received no calls at all. All I have is the name of one employee to go by and that's it. I'm thinking about calling the next day, but I don't have any direct numbers, just the store number. Is there an easier way to get in contact with someone about my schedule versus going through the store phone number?

I'm pretty sure most of the phones in the store don't have direct lines anyway. Just use the store's phone number, ask for HR if it's a weekday or the LOD any other time.

You need to talk with your ETL or HR to see if they will give you more hours. Depend on your store payrolls. Every time I train new team members they asked me same thing. I told them same what I said on here.
