Thanks for the advice! I definitely won't lose my head; I think it helps that I was internally promoted. I've seen the effect power hungry TLs can have on their departments. As cheesy and lame as it sounds, I really just want to lead a team to be FFF. It sounds like I drank a little too much of kool aid, but I want to be on a team that can be successful, but still have fun, and that starts with the TL. I'm very much aware that my success depends on my team members. I rely on them just as much, if not more so, as they rely on me.
