I'm Lost! New SCO software with insidePOS?

Hello. Our store just got the new self checkout software, and I need to reprint a receipt for my AP team. But now, InsidePOS is not pulling receipts from SCO, assuming from this new software. Anyone know a way around this?

Receipt Viewer (on workbench). doesn't work as well though.

Easy to use, definitely. But for me it multiple times couldn’t find receipt I needed when insidepos could
