Hello guys and gals, I'm new here. I've been working for target for a few months as a Softlines TM and the other day I was Asked to cover for the operator who was going on lunch, she told me to just answer the phone, but I was never trained to transfer calls and didn't know what numbers to dial etc. Amyways, to make this short. What does a-block and c- block mean? Help!
