Archived New to forum...AE 2012??

Hello everyone!

I am new to the forum and I thought I would say hi!! I have been at Target since October 2010 starting as a Perishables Assistant. I was promoted a year later to CTL!! It's been a hell of a ride! I am trying to gain as much knowledge as possible to be a great leader. I randomly found this site and thought it might help me a bit. Maybe I can share some of what I know as well!

I've noticed alot of talk of AE 2012...what does it stand for so I can participate in these threads!

AE stands for Achieving Excellence, it is the name of Target's annual changes to the store structure and new changes rolling out that year.
