Archived Not looking forward to the upcoming week

So to make a long story short, the two GS team members scheduled for Monday and Tuesday of this upcoming week are not available, one is going to be on vacation and one asked for time off for personal reasons. Therefore, there is now no one opening or closing GS on Monday nor Tuesday morning.

So basically, when I come in at 4:30, I am going to have two days of defectives to do, on top of my usual work, love my life!

There's a very small chance they'll be able to find someone to cover it, so I am doomed. I feel like it is just gradually getting worse over there. It's bad enough that when I have people come in before me and they leave me a cart of one spot over by the photo kiosk, as well as the regular tub of one spot.. like you're here for 8 hours.. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Please tell me because I don't understand how they can't manage to get their stuff done in 8 hours, but I can get my closing shift duties and their left work done in 4-5 hour shifts.

I may need to start ranting every week!

I found part of your issue.

Nah but in all seriousness my store lets people take time off at stupid overlaps and such, while when I requested a weekend off a month in advance when I snagged Pax East badges I got screwed over. I think that was one of the very first things that started my disenchantment with spot.
