I suspect the Integrity Line isn't going to help at all.
This should have gone to HR.
They might not have done anything but anything like this needs to go through the steps.
When you have an issue with a higher up you have to first take it to HR, then if that doesn't work if you can to the STL because all the Integrity Line is going to do is call them and ask what they have done about the problem.
If they say they haven't heard anything, they'll be told to look into it and that will probably be the end of it.
The Hot Line is mostly for things that will really hurt Spot.
Things they can get sued for like ETLs making TMs work off the clock, stealing, etc.
Management issues they expect the management to handle.
