In my job offer email it gave me a date and time for orientation of next Monday at noon. I had read a few things saying that the date and time is usually not correct because they have to enter it in in order to get the background check done. So do I just go to the store the date and time listed? Or am I supposed to wait?

Also, something came back on my background check and I emailed to give them more details and explain more of the situation. Does this ever actually help? Or do you ever hear back?

Call the store. They will probably start you on Monday, as they most likely have your training schedule made.
