So I'll be working this Sunday which will fall on thanksgiving week... so working Sunday and on thanksgiving day would that be equivalent to 2 overtime days being work.. not including holiday too

It’ll pay out like you worked 62hrs, everything included. For 2nd shift it’s not exactly the same cuz of differentials, but it’s within $20 or so.
