Pricing and Presentation Part Number for Gray Header

Looking for the part number for this 3 ft header located in market. Can’t find it anywhere.

it be on back of main panel. ism numbers changed to a new vendor on 01-15-2025. There was communication that currently part numbers have to be ordered by 004-yy-zzzz,

It isn’t the plastic panel that holds the ism. It’s the metal cage/frame that the panel attaches to. The metal portion is needed, so that a side-cap can be attached.
