Receiving Audits have Returned

I'm not sure if anyone else has gotten them yet, but just a heads up to anyone in receiving. The dreaded audits for ADSD deliveries have returned. I've only gotten one so far, so I have not clue how often they will pop up. If it is was anything like before it will be so varied how often they pop up. I could go from having 1 in a week to having multiple in one day.

I was really not missing them, its been at least a year probably closer to two since they turned off the audits and I was really hoping they would never turn them back on.

One thing that I think is different is that when you scan an item it won't add to the amount. It clears out any previously entered number.

So my vendor told me he had 10 of something and then found another two cases later as we were scanning through. I entered 20 thinking it would add that to the 10 that had been entered earlier. It instead changed the total to 20 instead of 30. So you need to enter the total amount of the product if you find some after the initial scan.

My pepsi delivery driver was ultra salty this morning. He was already running late because he had to run the air force base and I had to audit basically the biggest order they sent this year.

Not to mention the conga line of vendors that formed behind him. Today was fun 🙃
