On Wednesday I put my name down for a shift that’s for today. I brought the paper to my LOD to sign and he said “I’m busy right now but when I pop down there I’ll sign it off.” I checked during the day constantly but there was no signature. The next day I called hr about it and she said “hold on let me check” then after a min or two the phone began ringing for 10min then the call ended. Then 2 hours later I called hr again to ask and no one picked up. The swap board says “don’t bother asking the day of the shift” but idk if i’ll get in trouble for this. I can try calling again since the shift starts in 2 hours but idk.
