Okay so i made a couple purchases online through the Target app. I attempted to purchase the Nintendo Switch for pickup, 2 hours later it was cancelled due to it being out of stock. So purchased it again for pick up at a different location, 2 hours later it was cancelled due to it being out of stock.. so i ordered it to be shipped (which i should’ve done in the first place..). But anyways, i paid with these items using target debit card; and it doesn’t take the money out my checking account until a couple days after... I currently have 3 pending transactions for the Nintendo Switch in my Target Debit account. But its not showing those transactions in my checking account yet. So my question and worries are, will it show those pending transactions in my checking account later on OR will it just show the one that went through for shipping when it processes?

I know its just an authorization hold and i haven’t been “charged” for the cancelled orders. But thats a lot of money to be held for the authorization hold if it shows up in my checking account.. so im wanting to make sure and be prepared.

Welcome! About 3 days to 10 days. You will get an email from target.
From Target Corp.
The bank cannot issue an immediate refund as the request has to be authorized by the merchant first. Once the merchant approves your request, they will give their bank authorization to return the funds to your account. The process typically takes between 3–10 business days.
You won't be charged for a canceled item, but your card may reflect a temporary authorization hold.
