Probably because even as welcoming as Target is to Karens (look at one of their latest tweets), they know pricing will vary by store. Last thing you want is Karen saying she saw a video of x-product for $9.99 "on the official Target YouTube channel, and you MUST honor it!"

In addition to the above reasons, the price points were probably taken down to avoid distracting the viewer so as to keep the focus of the spot on the owner and product.
