Tax Form 1095

Tried to access my medical tax form 1095 but when I click on it the screen it says my "Target SSO session is over". I accidentally tossed out the one I got in the mail. Wondering if anyone else is having issues. I am in Minnesota, not sure if it matters.

I’m fairly certain insurance is required anymore. Also, don’t they just ask if you had insurance all year, wouldn’t you know if you do or not?
