Fly under the radar. Ask questions but not too many. A subordinate outshining a superior will work against you. Don't offer suggestions, no one will listen. Attendance is critical.

I've been out of Target for about a few years and I can't believe Target has changed in that small amount of time.

There was a time when I began putting backroom labels on the inside of waco boxes because I knew no one would take my suggestion. The etl noticed the newly put labels and made the morning backroom team put the labels on the inside of all of the waco boxes in the backroom.

This "scruffi"-est people stayed in the back all day. Now everyone has to work on the sales floor while the store is open. So you get to see everybody, isn't that nice? Long gone are the days of "great by 8". Now push goes til 12/1, longer sometimes.

Bad. We were G B 8 most of the time. UBoats blocking the aisles filled with shelf shit is very professional.

Does anybody even really come here that isnt a former TM at this point? Seems like the site is mostly dead, honestly. Mostly just posters that have been around for years with the odd new account that stumbles in once in a blue moon.

It is active, sure. But you aren't finding tons and tons of new users coming to ask for questions/help. Its just the same ~25 people who have been posting forever, the occasional pop-in like myself, and mayybe one new account that isnt a troll once in a while. Seems like it at least.

No new information really leaks here first anymore, its all on the subreddit now. No unnoficial interaction from corporate.

Frankly I am surprised a true forum like this was as relevant as it was for as long as it was.

Now with Commiecorvus gone... Im just saying I dont think many new Target employees are doing more than going on Reddit or TikTok when it comes to interacting with other Target employees.
