My assignment is complete and I wish to thank you all.
I opted for a mission to view, review, analyze, and consider the climate of the Target mesh.
I've seen extremes on both sides. Those that are the truly heart of Target and those that are not. For those that hold on through the seemingly never ending changes and know you ARE part of the Target Family and respect your responsibility, I salute you.
I've left Target as my venture was with heartache. Upon my last tour I saw newly hired Team Members that were simply not indicative of the original Target Business Plan. Those who are just warm bodies who will not work out, neither for themselves or for Target.
I disagree with much of what I've seen.
While the feedback on this forum has been of some, though rather limited use, as it seems fraught with anger and, while I never took it personally, the fowl iterances toward me when it was fairly obvious I was attempting to make a difference in your lives, was indicative of many employee's feelings and attitudes and my advisement is actually to flee that which causes you such unending suffering.
I've seen things most unsettling and have thus opted to pull myself from the operation. Obviously, I'm no longer working with Target.
I wish not to go into detail but to wish, with very sincere heart, all of you well in your endeavors.
