Our leadership wants us asking everyone because then they figure the person behind the person we are asking might hear it, so then people will hear it twice.
But here's my problem. I stopped playing games like that years ago. If I want to tell someone something, then I tell them, not the person next to them. But this is what happens when you have young leadership who still thinks that is an effective way of communicating.
