Is TL PTO accrual capped at two weeks a year (i.e 80 hours) regardless of your accrual rate?

Is this also true for a TM?

PTO accrual is based on years of service and it is the same accrual rate for TM and TL; part time hours have a different accrual rate than full time hours so what is earned can vary paycheck to paycheck depending on the hours worked that pay period. There is an annual accrual limit (the amount of PTO you earn during the year) and there is a maximum accrual (the amount of PTO you can accumulate without using). So while you may only earn up to 80 hours PTO in a year, you can have as much as 120 hours of unused PTO-- at least in this example. The longer you have been with the company, the faster you accrue PTO and the higher your maximum is.
