I miss wellness Wednesdays lol. My store used to be so good at it. I loved working Wednesdays for the breakroom snacks and free water bottle

I feel as though my store doesn't recognize people half as much anymore. Kind of sad to see how much things have changed with our store culture and most is for the worst.

Our flow team was recognized with donuts, bagels and drinks. Brought in not Target stuff. I will get a Starbucks drink or lunch sometimes. I also appreciate a thank you.

our flow team was recognized with breakfast a while back. bacon, eggs, and all sorts finished as break started. that rocked --most of the time, though, a simple "thanks for today" is nice. Compliments on what's been achieved is good, too.

honestly just a receiving a little note like a U card makes me smile or just a geniune “you’re doing well. thank you and keep it up” does the trick for me. i think just knowing someone sees your work and appreciates you goes a long way.

Something that worked well for redcards at our store was TM’s for an extra 15 if they got a RedCard.
