TTOG who kept asking one of our cashiers how his Thanksgiving went:
He told you that he didn't celebrate it & you went on a long rant about getting together with family & friends, yadda yadda yadda.
When you asked him WHY he didn't celebrate it he looked you dead in the eye & said "I'm Native American. Do you know what that means?"
The silence was golden.
