Training in Pizza Hut and starbucks

I am a new TL in Starbucks and Pizza Hut. I inherited a freaking mess! Is there training vids anywhere that I can watch? Evidently my ETL has no knowledge of any of this!

Depends on which parts.
A lot of the actual process is hands-on due to frequent updates.
For leadership duties & training they'll likely send you off to a training store.

Unfortunately that isn't going to happen. Went off site for SB training...was told not to concentrate on drinks, just learn routines--called back into my store without completing training and was thrown behind the bar on my own....been a great experience so far. Now it looks like I am going to have to teach myself all the Pizza Hut stuff...got a great pair of socks to wear to work---
