Transferring but super difficult

I'm desperately trying to transfer... There's a few things that complicate it though.
1. Our HR is out, and will be for a while.
2. Our SD is new to the company.
3. I need to finish this transfer in 2-3 weeks.
I don't know what to do. My SD doesn't really know what he's doing in regards to a transfer (first time for him) and he's rarely even in the store recently. So that'd mean no HR (except one mobile HR who comes for a few hours per week) and de facto no store director...

Where the hell do I start? I called the store I'm trying to transfer to and they said they haven't heard from my store yet, but I already gave my SD all the information he needs. I don't know what else to do, I don't want to be pushy but at this point I don't have much time left.

It won’t happen in 2-3 weeks , especially since you say your hr is out. However the store that you want to transfer should try again and reach out to your store. Your hr can’t be out more than 7-10 days I would assume. Also the reason as to why you want to transfer might be blocking you .

You need the blessing of your SD/HR. Why are you in such a hurry?

There should be a temp Sd or senior etl running the store.

There’s literally infinite reasons why someone might be in hurry to transfer.
