I've been trying to call out for work for the last hour, but all I am getting when I try to call the operator to talk to an LOD is three beeps every couple of seconds, and eventually it justs disconnects the call. I did connect once and the operator tried putting me through to the LOD and for whatever reason I ended up talking to a guest instead. Haven't been able to talk to anyone since. What should I do?

I'd just keep trying. If you have any of your coworker's numbers, maybe try texting them? Maybe they can forward the message when they go in.

This happened once in our store, where the phones weren't working. They pretty much waived any NC/NS people while the phones were down. However, I would try more than just twice. Maybe wait like 30 minutes.

I tried texting some coworkers, they either are scheduled off today or aren't going in until my shift is over. I did tell the operator that I was calling out so hopefully they let the LOD know.

You can try pharmacy number or electronics extension has an option too.
Definitely try this. I tried calling in a few ago when I had a high fever, but none of my calls were going through. Eventually tried Electronics and the LOD picked up.
