What are pacesetters supposed to do?

I am a pacesetter and ik your not supposed to run the department when your tl not there but that’s what I end up doing and now I am wondering what am supposed to actually be doing

They are the chosen favorites. Probably more weird than the rest of the team. They are the ones who will bear the brunt of lazy TM's and get screwed over eventually. Be a laborer not a pseudo leader.
