What does verified not pulled mean

label was verified but somebody didnt go to the physical location and slap the label on the box and put it in a cage cart and bring it to staging? Or more likely they forgot, or accidently left some labeled cartons in the location. brain farts happen.

you could do this on purpose by eg, typing in the location instead of scanned the pii

Verified not pulled is a reason code ICQA uses after researching cancelled labels to determine the root cause as to why the label was not fulfilled.

As mentioned in the previous post essentially someone had a label, verified it by PID, UPC, or location and the label either made it back to the LCS by the TM or in the depal collection bins, depending on pull type. Label was picked up and one of the first areas that is checked is the originating location.

While at the location if there are more cartons in the location than the system says should be there, typically the amount of labels that the ICQA TM has in their hand that they are researching, then they'll input the data and it'll get sent to OMs to follow-up/coach.

This happens the majority of time in NC and Bulk since labels aren't being applied to cartons since they are pouched but this can happen in any pull mode.

If your ICQA is like the ICQA at my building they dont do proper research. They are just trying to get upstairs to watch tik tok videos, take extended breaks, talk on the phone, etc. The ICQA in our building are the criminals doing the policing.

Ours don't have an upstairs area, their workstation is on the floor. Only admin and OMs have office area/spaces.

Majority of the research that I find incorrect is due to them not drilling down far enough and seeing that labels had not been verified by the TM working the aisle and blaming LCS because their Z# is tied to the labels.

Not correcting locations placed on hold happens but typically with newer TMs in role.
