I'm a new VMTL and I will be re-merching aisles trend runs etc. when they are PTM/MPG. BUT...
How do I know when they are ptm?? Am I supposed to just go around everyday asking the other team leads when things are going ptm? Or do I walk around bothering them to figure out when they will be setting them as there are no dates on the adjacency calendar? I know what my job is but I am not sure when the appropriate time is to do it in each case...very confusing.

Merchandise presentation guide(mpg) replaced by PTM. - pre trans merchandise.
Search our wiki for spot terms. It is suggested to partner with your etl to get a understanding of spot process, to ensure policy is followed.
