Depending on what state you live in you would get vacation time and some places sick leave.
It's based on the number of hours you work.

How many hours are you working?
How long have you been working for Target?
Does your state have sick leave?

What is emergency time off? Target gives vacation and sick time.

Things may have changed since, but when I was at Spot you could only have a certain number of vacation hours and when you reached that limit you would stop accruing until you used some of your hours and dropped back under your limit.

Don’t quote me on this but it use to be that you had to work 1000h before being eligible.

In the Workday app in your pay tab there are three categories under the Time Off Plans Vacation, Sick, and Emergency Time Off

you have to be at spot for 6 months & 1k hours to get pto. check with your store Hr.

Emergency time off was a thing back when COVID was a big thing. No one is accumulating emergency time off because we all earn sick time instead now. I think someone forgot to take it off of the paystubs.

Ok I only get vacation and sick. It might be something specific to your state.
