Good Day All. So As the Subject Line states, I’m already Working A Full-Time Day Job and decided to work Seasonal as an Overnight Inbound Expert (Flow Team Member for my Older Breakroom Alumni”. When I 1st came back it was alright to help with the Unloading. Move some Pallets to and Fro. Help with Replenishing Toy Department. Stay Brand. However, after this current week, (I took a break from Target 🎯), Celebrating my Birthday, I’m really enjoying just this Time Off and Not Really looking forward to returning to 2 jobs as my sleep schedule has improved significantly since the break. My question 🙋🏾‍♂️ is, do I just put in my 2 weeks now? Or at Least wait until January/February as my original plan? Any and all Questions, Comments wanted!!!

I would wait until January because your hours will be reduced A LOT.

I would also check your availability and maybe update it as needed.

Increasing your availability is no guarantee to getting hours anyway it's just makes it easier for Target to schedule.

Whatever you want to do. It’s about you, not the corporation.
You took a week off in December as a seasonal hire??? They probably won’t keep you anyway.

@Ashfromoldsite Thanks for your Brutal Honesty Always!!! Whether they “Keep” me or not, I’m comfortable with my decisions moving forward. I’ll continue to work the 2 jobs until the end of the seasonal period is over. Mind you I put in the vacation Unpaid (I already know Seasonal Hires have No Sick Days/Hours). I used to be a TL myself Many Moons 🌓 ago, so I already know the vibes.

Wait...Being seasonal, they may term you at any time or at the end of the seasonal timeframe. Don't give the any details to term you ahead of time. Make it on your terms.
Me currently working and always being completely Transparent with Leadership, They have, nor I expect anything More or Less from them or Target 🎯 in general. At the end of the day, It’s a business 👨🏾‍💼. Thanks 🙏🏾 for sharing @buliSBI

Never do I have to worry about “Hours” @Dream Baby as I’m “Good” in that Department. (As the Title goes, I have a Primary Job) Target 🎯 is only a means to put a little extra money 💰 in my pockets. One 1️⃣ thing I’ve learned throughout my Years working for Spot, you can get hours if Flexible and Open Availability.
