how many physical write ups do u need to get fried? Or what’s the procedure of getting written up?
What’s the diffrence between a verbal one and one u have to sign?

When they write on a paper.
Verbal is not paper. If you sign, it's paper.

Well, you don't have to actually sign it.
They have to ask you to sign it, even if you don't sign it counts.

Keep in mind the verbals can add up as silent but deadlys.
They can stack three of those to make one written.

Attendance is the faster way for a cca.

It depends on the infraction. A no call can go straight to a CA (the one you sign). There are other things that can get you straight to a CA or final as well.

For most things it looks like this: 3 PDDs (no visablr paper, not signed), then a CA (you sign, basically 6 month probabtion), then Final Warning (as the name suggests, this is like a 12 month probation, and then you get fired.
