What time are you scheduled to start? I used to work cafe and it takes 30-45 minutes to get cafe ready to open. My store no longer has cafe thankfully.

Sounds like inventory, training, cleaning for a visit/inspection, or general they didn't know how to to allocate the hours.

That’s super early, the only thing I can think of is a super deep clean. Is anyone else scheduled with you? Maybe your leader wants to reorganize and needs help.
