Here are some phone tips that I use almost every shift I have.
- How to get the right departments on your phone
- If the phone app is open in the background close it
- Open MyDay and let it completely load
- Open the phone app and sign into it
- If the phone app is open in the background close it
- 2(1)8X (0-5) to transfer
- 2(2)8X to receive
- Call another store
- 20 + XXXX (where XXXX is the store number)
- Transfer to CVS
- On a Desk phone OR Zebra
- Transfer then 20 + XXXX (where XXXX is your store number) then follow the prompts to get to CVS then complete transfer
- On a Zebra you can also transfer then go into contacts and select pharmacy then complete transfer
- On a Desk phone OR Zebra
- CSC hold music number
- 612 304-4357
- Dial 9 1 then the number you want to call/transfer to
- 9 1 248-434-5508
- Short Codes (there's a list on workbench if you search phone and look up the user guide for Cisico I think. It's in the bottom right. I printed one out then cut it out and made multiple copies)

- Dial 9 to get to a lead at any store at any point when a lead is in the building
