Anyone else's ISM been coming in late? We just got a lot of the ISM for the 12/28 pets SPLs.

Wrapping paper would be gone if it was 70 and then 90%. But now we're paying a tm to salvage it out and people at the DC to process it. The constant screw ups are unreal.

So why did a bunch of trim a tree go salvage today?

Im gonna need 8 feet for the remaining chemicals clearance.

It salvages on the 9th so the plan would be to set as holiday condenses. Stores shouldn't have the entire ODL set to do at that date.

I would assume sick pay (or protected PTO as Walmart calls it with their point system) would still excuse an absence or late.

Haven't heard anything at store level. If it starts in February we should hear something soon.

Id love to see fresh areas get electronic tags. Would make TPCs a lot easier to deal with.

I was always a fan of detrashing domestics in the backroom. It kept the trash/silica packs from getting on the salesfloor and you could do it near the baler. I'd usually do a u-boat for bedding and one for bath and then throw the smaller items like bath decor and storage/dec home in repacks...

So apparently the reason RTS went through the roof is because the system made us still pick orders that the guest had already canceled which is why so many items immediately dropped into RTS.

Once we blitzed through all the OPUs this morning it was a pretty smooth day. All liabilities are out of the back, toys are being purged, and we actually have vehicles for the unload tomorrow.

Hopefully they kick the ODL release back since they've pushed back Christmas salvage.
