Isn't that the main idea behind shifting sfs into fewer stores?

I guess the stores were too busy unloading a 12am truck and picking 35000 sfs units to spend resources on that fight.

We probably had 5x as many people at store open compared to last year. Even if most of them didn't buy much it was still a win.

Theres plenty of clearance in the backroom. Just no payroll to get it out.

Walmart is like a decade ahead tech wise. They had AI fixing on hands for likely out of stocks like 5 years ago.
