    3:30-4AM Team leaders are now being forced to work a closing shift (11pm) or be terminated.

    Full overnight process in a 110 Mil+ store, 4 10 hr shifts a week for 4 Inbound TL's and 2 Inbound ETL's, we are exempt, but I haven't heard anything from the daywalkers regarding them having to do a closing shift as of yet. We have 2 Closing TL's and a Closing ETL.

    adjust your sleep schedule by a few hours on the day you have to close? It's not like they're making you work an extra 4 hours on top of your shift.

    When a printer doesn't print, at least for me when doing defects, restart the printer. It forgets occasionally.

    H&H is ridiculously overblown now from our experience. Our team is getting H&H done way before the stated goal times. I think they've overinflated the detrash time by quite a lot.

    Defo not corporate wide. Our district pulls people into Zoom meetings to explain why they have so much clearance in the back room still.

    Top 200 store, we're still taking ~30k cartons a week. Curious to see if we do slow down. We are getting overfilled though in the back room, so maybe the DC is clearing space?

    Changing tl positions

    We do doubles 6 days & a triple the 7th at the moment. Q4 is triples/quads every night, with an occasional penta thrown in. We took a quad this week because inventory forced us to drop 2 trucks. We don't like not being current on trucks.

    FYI, if you're using Location History to track down branding/zoning/etc. offenders, if the history is ePick related, it defaults to the person who packed/stowed the order, not the person who pulled it from the location and screwed it up.

    Our receivers don't want anyone else but them sorting into bins. Everything goes into Sort and they take it from there.
