    The Q4 implementation concerns us as well. We're just getting on top of the convos now, pulling their history and having come to jesus convos about what the change will mean for their employment if it continues. It struck home for some, others responded by calling out the next day. Oh well.

    Are most stores lenient on attendance?

    You can't see your documentation on attendance issues, only leaders & HR. They'll be going to a point system soonish, we were told to expect a 30% loss in work force. I believe it, as it's currently really hard to term someone with bad attendance.

    Need TL advice

    2 weeks I believe is the norm. I went for 1 week and pulled back because our store is the Inbound training store for the district. I didn't learn a lot from what I already knew, but gave me new ideas to bring back and made our store better.
