No way in hell I'm quitting, my store is amazing. Terrible advice in general to give to a group of people as you have no idea what their store culture is like. Just because yours was terrible several years ago, doesn't mean it's still the same, or the same for everyone on this forum.

FWIW, our store lost out on top sales (not by much) in the Company for Black Friday the last 2 years to a FC, so at least that 1 day they're doing good numbers.

Our day team still does smart huddles as needed. We're a pretty well run store, so not needed very often, but shit happens sometimes.

We don't sort repacks out on the line, as it's a major waste of time for our unload process. OTC, HBA and Cosmetics repacks can all have products for each of those departments sorted into those repacks from the DC, so we just have the pushers sort the items out and deliver to the appropriate...

As a high volume store, we were getting less hours after the rollout. Definitely needs to be fixed.
