Boy this sure seems like a bunch of added work for me and then a bunch more when other team members decide they don't have the time to add items to the pallette and just leave them in a box with a note to be done later.
We only have one classic POS register at GS now and yesterday it crashed and reboot-cycled for about an hour before it came back up. Of course during that time is the only time someone with a bill payment showed up, and there were multiple of them.
Target is the only retailer I've seen that just has a person just kind of stand in the vicinity of the SCO, instead of having a little kiosk of their own with monitors showing all the SCO machines so they can fix problems from there. It's weird.
Our registers seem to be back up. It's unfortunate, I enjoyed sitting outside with a couple team members chilling and letting guests know before they come in.
