    Attendance of others isn't really your concern. You don't know who has intermittent FMLA, who has health issues, who takes care of a family member, Show up to work and do your job.

    You need an approved leave for any payment. STD provides income when you qualify, but does not provide job protection. FMLA does not provide income, but does provide job protection when you qualify.

    Why are you systematically removing all Target brand foods from (at least our) store? No cereals, no pizzas, limited frozen, reduced dairy products? Is Target supposed to be a niche grocery stop?

    Haven't known a tm that wasn't promoted to guest when found doing this.... and they will be found.

    Accommodations Request - Hour Reduction

    I know of several team members, including leads, that have accommodations for mental health. Some include the their start times, due to taking sleep medications. Some include the length of shifts or the time between shifts, etc. Have a frank discussion with HR. Good luck to you.

    Donate vs destroy

    We have arrangements with food pantries, women's shelters, and the humane society. Our receiver reviews items for appropriate disposal. The recipients come to the store to pick up the items (food pantry comes daily to pick up culled market/p-fresh items). Our display trees will also be donated.

    Yes it does. We report and they are still in regular GM batches. Yesterday I had a batch with 8 gallons of water (1 dpci), 7 cases of soda (4 dpci's) and 30 more items, including larger sized toys. Really? Did our store miss the shipment of the giant sized 3 tiers that can fit all of this...

    I know what our store and district consider to be red INF scores, but what is the real corporate number? What is the real corporate range for productivity? Just curious as to how we are really doing.

    Hello! Joining to help get more feedback

    Our fulfillment team is missing the vendor name on their info screen. It helps to find where to look in vendor backstock area when the floor is empty.
