Hello! Joining to help get more feedback

Our fulfillment team is missing the vendor name on their info screen. It helps to find where to look in vendor backstock area when the floor is empty.

Hello! Joining to help get more feedback

No, but we have found that when it says (for instance) 12 OH and 12 on the way, those 12 OH are the 12 on the way. It only happens when the count is zero.

Hello! Joining to help get more feedback

It would be fantastic if the FDC trailer items weren't included in the OH's before the truck actually arrives, allowing guests to order items we do not have. INF in F&B before the truck arrives is awful. Also, something needs to be done about vendor items that don't arrive until after the...

Pausing drive-up due to bad weather

We cover the signs and our tms do not go out with orders, but guests still get their notifications and have to come inside to get their orders.

Pausing drive-up due to bad weather

Yeah... not when the SD says no pause.

MyTime Does MyTime only show you shifts you can swap yours for only in areas you’re trained in?

Check in with HR. They can adjust your shift availability based on training (hope that makes sense). As a fulfillment trainer, I will say that you feeling confident is great, but you really need to take the actual training. There are a lot of tms who think that they know fulfillment, but...

    Remembering Commiecorvus - Our Friend

Peter, we never met in person and, truth be told, I wish we had. Your knowledge, passion and tempered way of handling "issues" along with your sense of humor and compassion were posts that I looked forward to each day. You will be missed and remembered by many. My sympathy to your family and...

    Does Target hire Senior Citizens?

We have senior citizens (including me!) in every department except inbound. We have one senior ETL.

    First time doing OPU

At our store first timers are given a pass. There is a learning curve. First off, speed is essential. Avoid INF by ASKING tm's/leaders to help you find things. They may know of unlocated items. Check the delivery date to know if it's in today's or rolled over freight. Use the RFID gun to...

Pausing drive-up due to bad weather

We cover the signs in the parking lot, but don't pause the app. I wish we paused it because guests get reaaaalllyyy cranky when they've come out in a storm only to find that drive up is closed. Sure, they can come inside to pick up their order, but that's where the cranky gets louder.

    No Hours?

Talk to HR to make sure that they are keying in all of the areas for which you are trained. I wasn't getting any available shifts posted, but none of the areas other than my primary work center were keyed in. Now I get all of the notifications for which I am trained.

    No Hours?

I only work dayside, so not sure about night, but we don't usually get a cashier until after 9, sometimes 10 and nobody at guest service until 8:30. Our CO person or a lead/ETL will cover the area until the next person comes in. In all honesty, our openers for front end and OPU (fulfillment)...

    Hours getting cut

The crappy part about hours cut is that it's not just your pay for that time. Hours worked/not worked affect your PTO accrual and additions to the 401k. That's real money, not "hours".
