You might be able to talk to your PML about having the volume turned down a little, but they aren't going to completely turn it off.

The system should only have you pull an item if it says the quantity on the floor is less than the total capacity of all the locations. Make sure both of those are accurate, and it should be fine. It's also possible your backroom locations are set up wrong as case stock instead of open stock...

The mask mandate going away here didn't noticeably change the number of people not wearing a mask at my store. The people who don't wear masks don't really care about the mandates anyway.

Keep in mind people come here to vent/rant, and they're 10x more likely to complain about a bad day than talk about a good day they had. The negativity isn't universal and it's rather dependent on the store you work at.

Is that something the PML can change? On every one of our devices it is much shorter than 10 minutes, and they've all been updated properly as far as I can tell.

The newly updated MyDevices seem to have a very short time, seems like maybe only 2 or 3 minutes, that the screen can be turned off before the next time you turn it on, you have to type in the PIN again. It would be nice if this could be increased a bit.
