We're getting like 5 cases every day now

We only have one classic POS register at GS now and yesterday it crashed and reboot-cycled for about an hour before it came back up. Of course during that time is the only time someone with a bill payment showed up, and there were multiple of them.

How do I put a shift up to be taken? I see the list of available shifts to take, but can't seem to find any way to make one of mine available

Target is the only retailer I've seen that just has a person just kind of stand in the vicinity of the SCO, instead of having a little kiosk of their own with monitors showing all the SCO machines so they can fix problems from there. It's weird.

I'm not even sure how to call out anymore since I haven't done it in awhile. It used to be that you called, got through to the fitting room and transferred to the LOD to let them know you wouldn't be in. Now the call menu has different options for which department you want and LODs don't really...

I was checking my schedule on the Kronos app and it only has me working on Sun 6/16 (I don't know why that's under the current week instead of next) but the paper schedule has me working tomorrow, Friday and Saturday. Is this just a consequence of the MyTime outage or something else?
