Salvage items don't have to be scanned in to the pallet. But the Pallet ID has to be scanned onto the BOL. Sounds like an LOA is called for. Force them to find someone to train while you're on your 3-4 week LOA. Maybe find a better job while you're out.

You need to have a real sit-down talk with your ETL, store team lead, HR even. Emphasize the effect it's having on your well-being and on the store. What happens to the store if something happens to you?

I agree. Sort the pallet and scan all the LPNs yourself (or your A++ best TM you've trained in it) right before you wrap it up. Don't let just everyone scan things into the pallet.
