You're gonna have to fire majority of them or show them the purpose of what youre trying to accomplish. I was in a similar position a year ago, and it took ALOT of hard work and tranining and getting the right people in place.

Just did 3 over nights this week for the reset, probably the easiest reset ive ever done. Majority was half revisions anyways, and we had already flexed out all new product.

We still use "experts" for large resets (seasonal, toys, beauty) but other than that DBOs can handle everything else.
