Target generally doesn’t want stores to promote individuals within the same store. That is a real thing. Promoting and transferring within the district is typically what occurs especially for ETLs. With that being said, there are instances where it does happen in the same store.

I believe you can still use the feature even after your shift start time. Maybe 2 hours. But it will show you used the app well after and if your store cares about attendance i’m sure there will be a documented followup conversation

I’m wondering if Closing TL will lose their mytime-editing and ordering power under this new model.. if they are reporting to ETL S&E its possible

In my store below 40mil we currently have GM/Food, S&E, and HR but that’s it.

Is the Merchandise Ops ETL the new term for S&E or GM ETL or is it a mixture of many of the roles. I’m trying to understand if my low volume will gain an ETL or if ones title will just get renamed. Also who reports to the merchandise ops ETL?

Differentials are anywhere from $.50-$2.00 after midnight but the majority of stores are at only $.50. And this is paid separately as literally $.50/hr so it’s not much at all. You won’t notice it.

There should be a study guide at the end after the pretest that you can print off that gives you all the information you need to know summarized in a packet. That and taking the pretest more than once helped me. I took a bunch of notes but it was a waste of time honestly.

If you get paid 10/21, your bonus has a payout date of 10/09. If you get paid 10/28, your bonus has a payout date of 10/15. It’s the saturday of the first week of the pay period. To be on that check, it would have to be “paid out” before the check arrival date.
