Honestly, there hasn’t been a single year since COVID where anything has followed a pattern—OT, VLE, capacity, all of it. One year it’s slammed, the next it’s dead, then back to OT again. No real trend, just constant inconsistency. Makes it hard to plan or take anything they say at face value.

3 months can be 89 - 92 days. Slide show specifically states 90 days.

I know Target isn’t great about putting things in writing, but I did find the slideshow they presented to us, which stated UTO can be requested up to 90 days in advance. I couldn’t find anything official that lists exactly how far out PTO can be requested, but I know it’s further out than UTO.

I asked the same question before about if PTO takes priority over UTO and was told no. That’s why UTO can only be requested up to 90 days in advance, while PTO can be done further out, like 120 or 180 days. When you add that with mass vacation planning, there’s still plenty of chances to get PTO...

they don’t wait till your 90 but they are not just going to outright fire you. They’ll likely get a CA before being fired. Also it is hard to Fire / CA domino who doesn’t show up to work constantly.
