One of the LODs came up to me and told me that an iPod that had last been signed in under my name had been missing since the 25th. Number one, this was news to me because I literally had no idea an iPod was missing, much less that it was last signed into by me. Number two, she literally said...
So the new spider wraps and non disposable blister tags are rolling out and i'm not entirely digging it. Allow me to explain.
The Spider Wrap, with the protruding section to twist rather than the flip up twist knob is meh at best. While the new knob design eliminates the old problem of the...
So I'm an APL and I have two desktops with two monitors on each. I'm the only one there therefore I only need one desktop, so, I was wondering if one could connect three instead of just a double?

So I have passed my one year mark in AP, working in a very high volume store. As I understood form the initial orientation video as a full time employee, I would supposedly be entitled to one week (40 hours) of vacation time.
When I went to check my accrued vacation hours, i'm at 20...

Hey guys! Just got hired as an APS... so excited! After watching every (hilarious) video on youtube for "target asset protection," I'd like to now know what a day in the life is actually like? What do you do for training? Have mock apprehensions?
Also, what was your first apprehension like...
I lost my iPod today seemingly out of the blue. I know where I had it last (I think). I'm scared that they'll give me a final warning or make me pay for it, or worse fire me. Anyone have any experiences with this?

So we were having a nice and normal Monday at our store. The rest of my price change team left leaving me to pick up the slack of being four days in the red. I went on my break and then proceeded to head to the backroom to survey the hundreds of re-tickets were sitting in carts waiting for me...
I was terminated last week for internal theft. Estimated amount of $60 (all from gift cards the registers prompt on certain item promotions). There was no police involved with my case. I just signed this form and paid the $60 after I admited. My question is, will this appear on my records when I...
The search function is not working, so I wanted to get some ideas on how to properly execute merchandise protection in both:
FLOW
According to best practice, there are supposed to be 5-10 flow team members trained in how to spider wrap, etc.
According to reality, my store has 8 flow team...
It came down from corporate! Effective immediately we (all Targets) are to turn down returns from all coupon scammers. The policy is supposedly corrected on the website coupon policy.
We are wondering if corporate and the district/group will back us up, but for now, we do the Target dance of joy!
Not sure what best practice is for counterfeit bills. We have been getting about 5-6 counterfeit $100s a day!!! I've noticed they go to our newer cashiers and at the end of the night there they are! My question is: when a cashier calls the gstl over for a bill that is suspicious where do we go...
I have a question for you all. If you knew a coworker was stealing from the store, whether it be cash out of the registers, clothes, food, etc. would you report them or would you feel like it wasnt any of your business and not get involved?
