back room

I went to work and there was signs on all the top areas in the backroom saying do not backstock. Is this a new thing or is it just my store being default

Has anyone heard of this??? How can we possibly make this happen?

My new ETL told me to challenge my backroom. He said EXF doesn’t pull everything so I need to challenge it. What the heck does that mean??
